Connect Your Stack
Integrations That Respect Your Privacy
Super Productivity connects directly to Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, Google Calendar, and CalDAV calendars. All sync happens from your device to the service API -- no middleware servers, no telemetry, no data leaving your machine.
How Integrations Work
Most task management tools require you to create an account on their server, which then connects to your issue tracker on your behalf. Super Productivity works differently: the desktop app calls each service's API directly from your device. Your auth tokens are stored locally on your device, and no data is routed through any intermediary.
This means you get real-time issue sync, time tracking against tickets, and status updates -- all while maintaining full control over your credentials and data. Integrations work offline too: changes are queued locally and synced when you're back online.

Integration FAQs
Does Super Productivity send my data through its own servers?
No. The app connects directly from your device to each service API. There are no middleware servers, no telemetry endpoints, and no third-party data processing.
Can I use multiple integrations at once?
Yes. You can connect Jira, GitHub, GitLab, and CalDAV simultaneously. Issues from all sources appear in a unified task list.
Do integrations work with self-hosted instances?
Yes. Jira Data Center, self-hosted GitLab, Gitea, and Forgejo are all supported. Point the connector at your instance URL and authenticate.
Can I build my own integration?
Yes. Super Productivity has a plugin system and REST API. You can write custom adapters for internal tools and ship them privately or contribute them back to the community.
